Back to school troubles.

Honey – The Hush Sound

The week, so far, has been okay. I really like all my new teachers, mostly. Oh, and the class arrangement is definitely fine with me. Well, except that the school could’ve kept one of the guys from my class last year to this year’s class instead and not brought in this jerk. Seriously. Why is he in my class?!

So, anyway. We recently nominated people for our class committee, and, as usual, Alastair is the chairperson. Daren became the vice-chair, and I became class secretary and treasurer. I’m completely fine with my position, having one at all gives me something to do, a responsibility. But when I told my Mum about it, she said she was sorry, and said that at least I made it to the committee. I was actually happy about my position, she thought I was upset that I couldn’t be chair or vice or something. Did she want me to? Damn, I think I disappointed her. And the year just started. I told her I was perfectly fine with it in truth, and she said okay.

I learnt a lot of things yesterday. First of all, I learnt not to do certain things last minute. And to check very, very carefully if you’re doing anything involving lists.
